PNW Garlic Growers · Seed garlic, sold by the pound

Real PNW seed garlic, grown the way it's always been grown.

No synthetic sprays, no forced curing. We hand-select and slow-cure every bulb ourselves, then sell it straight to you by the pound — ready for your fall planting.

From Our Fields

This is real ground, not a stock photo.

Every bulb we sell comes off this same land — open sky, hard winters, and weather that makes garlic worth growing. What you plant is what we've actually pulled from these rows ourselves.

Our Way

Grown with care, from clove to bulb.

  • 01

    No synthetic inputs

Every bed is fed with compost and cover crops — never synthetic fertilizer or pesticide.

  • 02

    Hand-selected seed stock

We walk every row at harvest and pull seed bulbs by hand, keeping only the largest, cleanest heads.

  • 03

    Slow-cured, open air

Bulbs cure for three weeks on open-air racks — never force-dried — so the wrapper and dormancy stay intact.

Field Practices

What "natural" means here, in practice

Specific choices we make every season, from the first cover crop to the last cured bulb.

No-till beds

We disturb the soil as little as possible, season after season.

Hand weeded

Weeds come out by hoe and by hand, all season long.

Barn-cured

Bulbs rack-cure in our open-sided barn for three weeks — no forced heat.
